Vehicle return instructions
Return your van to the same outdoor lot where you picked it up, beside the Big Blue Deck at Evans Terminal.
Do not enter the parking garage
The Short Term Parking lane leads into the parking garage. Our high-roof Sprinter vans are 9 ft 6 in tall and will not fit in the parking garage. There is not enough roof clearance, and entering will damage the van.
Use the gates marked “Long Term Parking” to reach the outdoor lot.
01 · Entrance
Enter through Long Term Parking
At the Big Blue Deck entrance, use any of the three gates marked “Long Term Parking”. The photo below shows the entrance to the correct lot; the return gates are outlined in red.
02 · Return lot
Return to your outdoor pickup lot
After the gates, follow the route shown below to the outdoor lot beside the Big Blue Deck, section A1 — the same lot where you picked up your van. Park outside, not in the covered garage.
Parking fees
When you return, pull a ticket at the Long Term Parking entrance and leave it in the van. You don't pay to exit at return.

Message us once the van is parked
Once the van is parked in the outdoor lot, send us a message through your trip in the Turo app. We will remotely lock the van — no keys need to be handed off.
Please return the van with a full tank of fuel.
